Cannot make new thread @ IV showroom

I'm getting a 403 forbidden and 404 when trying to create a new thread at GTA:IV Showroom.
I can obviously post here but not there. Tried over 5 times, logged out/in, restarted browser. Any help?

You don't have permission to access /newthread.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That is weird...try and clear your cache and cookies. Then try it. Not sure if it will help but worth a shot.
