help i was trying to make a non els f-150 police truck but i lost all of my files what can i do to try to get them back

i was in Zmodeler working on it when our power went out when we did get the power back on i went back in to Zmodeler and all of my files was gone

yes i did but there is not anythang in there it was in there before we lost power but now there is not anythang in there
