    Personally, I use Traffic Flow and Traffic Load together. I wonder how they even agree to work with each-other.

    Paste it into the notepad and up in left corner click Save As then rename it commandline.txt and drag it to your desktop then open your Gta iv directory and drag the commandline.txt in the directory and THERE YA GO! This helped me and you can edit the settings in game if you'd like! hope I helped guys :)!

    Ok, I did this and I still have the problems sometimes after like 2-3 hours ingsme or just a short little piece of road floating above. Go into your graphics and click settings, then make sure detail distance is as high ad it can go and lower all of your other settings. Make sure you keep your settings under the mb limit

    I have a 550 Ti and a processor not nearly as good as your 2600k, I fixed my texture issues by putting the following in commandline.txt

    Code:
    -availablevidmem 2.0 -nomemrestrict
