Lightbars not working

When i add a police car to the game lightbars dont work.
I am setting the sirens on and no light are turnd on. What i did wrong?
I hope someone can help me.

ELS would NOT work with cars other than "police,police2,police3,police4,fbi,pstockade,nsto ckade,policeb,noose and polpatriot".

also make sure you have ELS V6 installed correctly

or the lightbar, contain errors
