[HELP] GTA SA doesn't start up after installing Bowtie TXD HACK

After installing the TXD HACK my gta doesn't start , my screen change in black and returns to windows.. Anyone knows how to resolve this?

if you follow the tutorial I made and deny the correct permissions then it will work.

I did that but still the same result

try to just use vehicle.txd...i get the led light textures and my game doesnt crash

same thing with me got to your documents and open the folder with gta sa user files and delete all the files that end with .hack and then start your game
