Yeah I definitively think you should go with the most realistic setup, I live in Northern California so I haven't seen much LAPD so I think Spitfire's word seems to be the best advise for what they use.
Okay for me what's gonna decide this is, when you saw a traffic stop with the mx-7000 which 1 did they use, traffic advisors or the 2 side amber lights? I'm gonna go for what they use most of the times.

Awesome, thanks for your help Spitfire.
I called and they wouldn't let me just come down to the station. So I am going through their civilian relations department. Contacted a guy and hoping to hear back real soon for a quick interview. I will post videos and pictures to get this once and for all taken care of. Originally Posted by Sgt.Kanyo

**Dont watch if you dont like the sight of blood. Guy's face is ******.**
At 19:36 you can see the MX7000 in the background with only the two outer lights on 0-- -- --0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDXh7H0aRpE
THis video at 4:14 also only shows 0-- -- --0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDXh7H0aRpE
Oh man another video at 2:47 showing only 0-- -- --0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3tz_...YPQmHGAkYgWXPA
Im beginning to think they never use the 6 center amber lights.
Here's another one with the two outer lights. I cant seem to find any videos with the middle lights being used. Weird http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faVI8...eature=related
Okay so here it is at 1:24. Its a SUV LAPD with that LAPD MX7000. You will see with primaries the rear ambers are only the two outer lights as well as secondaries. I knew I saw this somewhere before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0t8vn...YPQmHGAkYgWXPA
@ Sgt. Kanyo
So the verdict is in. The LAPD MX7000 only uses the two outer ambers from everything I could find. They have the two outer ambers on while primaries are on and also as its secondaries. Pretty cool. Now does this leave you with several component options so that you can make the correct white 4 front takedowns?
Here's just one more to solidify the deal.

Nah not yet, and probably I won't, since I'm getting my hands on the driver san francisco crown victoria soon. Hopefully I'll manage to put the lightbar on that without a problem. I'll change the traffic advisors of ELS into the outer amber lights.
Anyway thanks for the links, but I saw most of these videos, and that's what I based my car on, that's why I have the outer ambers on with the primaries. I guess they use this same thing at traffic stops too, steady burns at front and the outer ambers at the back. I guess traffic advisors are just used for... well guiding traffic.
Easy for me to say i know, but since we got the correct info now, you have a current model which looks great to us, and now only the advisor has to be updated, cant we have a simple corrected beta with the updated rear advisor instead of waiting a long time for a whole new Driver SF model? In my opinion you dont even need a whole new model, it looks great as is. Seems like releasing such a simple rear advisor update will keep the crowds happy instead of re-doing a whole new car keeping everyone waiting. I think a good option would be if you just updated that advisor and put it out as your current model you would keep all of us very happy while you work on your new model. Maybe when you get the Driver SF model that can be your final version, but I wouldn't hesitate fixing such a small update right now for a Driver SF model that will keep all of us waiting a long time.
