It could be a bad model that was installed. Have you tried to restore your .img to it's original status. Or at minimum try to re-import cars over the ones you modified.

Only 0.5 % of your disk is reporting damage. Most disk utilities can try to work around that.

If you start having lockups or blue screens it's a possibly symptom of your drive about to go **** up....
