- MD-02.00: All seals, emblems, and logos placed on a modification are copyright of their respected real-life owners.
- MD-02.01: All city/state/country official seals are allowed to be used for educational purposes and are released to the open public.
- MD-02.02: Custom and fictitious seals, emblems, or logos, once released on the GPM site are considered open-source.
- MD-03.00: Credit must be given (in the Readme file and upon release) for every aspect (including models, parts, textures, sounds, etc...) of a released modification.
- MD-03.01: Credit for the modification does not need to be given if: -A. The model and texture are your creations; -B. The model is converted from another game.
- MD-03.02: If the original author of a modification is unknown, then this must be specified upon release of said modification.

- MD-03.04: All modifications released on the GPM site are considered open-souce and thus can be used and altered by other users.
