False. He is neither trolling, nor is he retarded. As you can see, he has modded the original emergency vehicles and put, what I'm assuming are ELM enabled emergency lights :) -

Yea that what it is...... Looks pretty cool too!!! It's pretty sad how many comments i have seen putting down or talking trash about something someone else posted!! Do you all not have a life other than just Trolling other peoples threads talking trash!! -
