Vic is by lt.Caine found here http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=441 The skin texture was taken from this model http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=477 I edited the texture and added the white part to the doors trim or whatever its called separating the red/blue design. -
