FBI Skin - Special Agent Hawkins preferably in the last scene of movie (if I could see one of these in GTASA mods it would have to be this one :)

Police skins - based off of the part where two main characters are dressed as cops

Swat - based off the FBI hostage rescue team

And of course the robbers from the first bank robbery and armored truck scene.

I don't know how hard this would be, or how much time it would take. I just thought it would be kinda neat, let me know what you guys think?
