I remembered on the Old GPM that you could add an image to your download without having to link it to an image sharing website?, Now i can't find that button nowadays. How do i do?

It's been a while since I've posted something here so I apologise if this has been answered a gazillion times before, anyway I have some files in the Downloads section which I'm not very proud of and I'm wondering how I am able to remove these files?

Is their some sort of button I've completely looked over or do I have to PM one of the content managers to get the files removed?
