Alright now this is just ridiculous *takes a deep breath* Several days ago my GTA 4 was working fine, I installed ELS version V7 and it worked great with the LAPD Crown Victoria (ELS enabled FS Argent S2) I had. However I went to install Lt. Caines' ELS enabled default police vehicles and heres what I did:

I took the PNCL (which from the screens looks like the Police Patrol) and removed the police.wft and just used the police2.wft because I wanted to use it as my Patrol. However I thought it was strange that it did not come with and .wtd file. So I noticed the PNCL FBI had one so I figured 'I'll just use that wtd and pick up one of Lt. Caines textures for it' and so I installed that. Then I wanted to use the POLC (which looks like the Police Cruiser) as my Cruiser so I renamed both files from ''noose'' to ''police'' and installed them.

When I got in game I was unable to spawn either car with trainer and it told me ''unable to load selected vehicle, check model''. So I'm like 'well that didn't work at all, might as well try something else' and I proceeded to just install a NYPD Crown Victoria for both my Cruiser and Patrol (a practice I can confirm worked just fine until now).

Here's the dang kicker, so I installed a model I had confirmed to work but when I got in game, ALL VEHICLE MODELS WERE GONE. I'm not saying they were invisible, there was no ''floating drivers''. I mean Liberty City was DEVOID of ALL motor driven vehicles. So now I'm visibly traumatized and I decide to uninstall and reinstall the game as a last ditch response. Well I have the Steam version of GTA 4 so it basically left all my mods and everything in and just reinstalled all the default models and textures.

So I started up my GTA 4 this morning and traffic was back to normal, however I spawned a Cruiser and a Patrol to make sure everything had worked and the models were the games defaults as to be expected, however they were missing the lightbars (non ELS because default). So I figured this was probably an ELS glitch and reinstalled the ELS NYPD Crown Victoria I had. Well guess what? All the freaking traffic disappeared again! I'm like 'Oh heck no, not this crud again.' so this time I reinstalled the LAPD cruiser I was using before all this and it STILL didn't work. I'm at my wits end, y'all. I have no idea what could be causing this. I have all of a sudden started having some graphics issues with my eflc game. It has started to lag something fierce, my entire screen except for the text goes completely black, then appears again. My police4 (stinger)'s wheels vanish once I spawn it and begins to float or fall through the map. Some eflc cars on the street has this issue as well i.e a motorcycle appears sideways in a lane with the rider on it however I can just drive my car right through it.

I have never had issues like this before. I had to re-install my game after some files got messed up with the policing tools mod, now that I have re-installed it, I have these issues. whenever I do say a license check or open the police helper mod, no mouse appears and i cant click anything or make the mouse appear thus making the game sort-of freeze?

side note: It also did this when i was using LCPDFR on its own... im also using a 360 controller and yes i have tried unplugging it?

Okay so i read the ENB wasnt a compatable version..
