I think they sampled a little of this engine for the vic in the new NFS Hot Pursuit Game (really want to make a sound mod out of that engine).

California Highway Patrol Pattern Kit for EVLS

What Is It?
This is an add-on for EVLS. It's a pattern kit to replace your existing flash patterns with those used by the CHP. Included are three patterns:

- California State Chase Flash
- California State Regional Flash
- California State Full Flash

What Is Included?
In this download, you will find the three pattern files (.ptn), and as well a full read me.

How To Install It?
Simply drag and drop the contents of the Patterns folder into CLEO/EVLS/Patterns and overwrite the existing ones.

How To Use It?
To use this modification, just simply activate your primary lights and cycle through them as usual.
