Another minor release. This contains a bug fix with the F11 key when the mod is not running which can cause OPCode messages in SAMP. Also updated to install CLEO 4 which is supposed to be more stable and more compatible with the various versions of GTA SA

This version includes several improvements - mainly you are now able to make your own custom light pattern with up to 99 steps. This is exportable so can be exchanged with others. 0 crashes have been seen throughout several weeks of testing.
