Installation
Install Cleo 3 to your main gta sa directory. If you do not have cleo 3 download it here
Extract the files and copy them to your main gta sa directory. Make sure you have no other emergency light mod installed. If you do remove it from your cleo folder.
Run GTA SA and enjoy

- EML 4 is optimized for use with most all http://gtapolicemods.com created models. EML 4 is what all GPM modded cars are based on for their light patterns.
- ELM Created by SAESAndy is not the original light mod this light mod is based on the original code. Using other emergency light mods can crash your game or contain viruses, Mordecki's EML will never contain a virus.
