Just like the original Bait Car series you must select a bait car, and drive it to a populated area known for stealing vehicles, leave your vehicle unattended and unlocked for someone to steal the vehicle while you have eyes on the bait car. Once the suspect is as a secure location and out of the risk of hurting civilians you must stop the car and arrest the suspect.
