Assuming you have wine properly installed remember that wine does not do well with direct x im not sure if you can play SA on wine you will have to look it up on the wine website.
Here is the official wine appdb page where i would start with.
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3780

Well, I'll see if I buy it then, but first I want to see if I can make it work as I have.

Thank you very much everyone for your responses. I hope someone else responds to see if I can solve this. Now what colleagues told me and then I notice how it goes.

It works nicely on my ubuntu pc with no bugs whatsoever.
- Ubuntu 12.04
- wine version 1.4-rc1
- winetricks
There's also this option using TXDWORKSHOP, it comes with install and play .deb scripts:
http://www.gtavision.com/index.php?section=downloads&site=download&id=1113
Or, it will also save you a lot of headaches if you already have an installed copy of GTA SA from a windows pc, you can skip installation all together. Just copy the game's root directory into your ubuntu's wine directory and you're done.

Thanks for responding, but:
The. Deb did not work (The file / / where the file / / not could be opened)
And I spent the folder to a root directory of wine but this is what happens:

Ok...if you copied a back up GTA SA installation into your wine directory, you will also need a no-cd patch so it can load properly (mounting the cdrom never worked well playing the game for me). Make sure the backup game copied in the correct wine directory.
~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Rockstar\ Games/GTA\ San\ Andreas
I've read about your error problem, and it basically means you already tried to installed but it failed/did not finish. So there's still a pending installation that is stopping you from (re)installing it. It might be easier for you to delete contents of ~/.wine, run winecfg again to create new directories and configuration, then run the installation again.

it's automatic once you run the "winecfg" command.
