We actually already have that. But they all kinda suck. Luxart's Liberty is probably the best I hate the side by side Takedowns they put on em, I like them on the ends.

yea some one needs to make a CHP CVPI W/WHELAN thats non-els =-)

Every authorized emergency vehicle shall be equipped with at least one steady burning red warning lamp visible from at least 1000 feet to the front of the vehicle to be used as provided in this code.
Non-ELS can't do steady burns, so you can't have accurate non-ELS lights for California police cars.
