FOR EVERYONE WHO FORGOT TO BACKUP THEIR FILES

did you forgot to backup your files?
and you don't want to install gta iv 'again'?
here i will tell you how to get those files back without reinstalling again.

example:
you forgot to backup vehichles.img and now your game is screwed.
what you want to do is: delete vehicles.img, take your gta iv cd case and grab both cd's cuz you will need them.
now insert cd 1. it asks you for options. ingore that.
you want to go to 'Computer', and there should be the cd. click on it, then click on the gtaiv map. you will get some files.
you want to click 'Setup'. after you did that it asks you for three options. you want to choose 'Repair'.
now the game will search for missing files. when the installation is complete. you will have a original rockstar games 'vehicles.img'

Yeah,but it has some drawbacks:
1. You will have to install all of the "perfectly-running" mods again,in case when only ONE freshly installed mod messed with your img file.
2. You should be possessing BOTH of your CDs.
3. It'll take a significant amount of time.
Your idea is very nice P'Bull,I appreciate it.But ironically,it has got some drawbacks.
CONCLUSION: Do not mod your files before taking backup EVER!

yes your right. the best sollution is just backing up your files!

Also, even if your files are already modded, BACK THEM UP if you have no backup yet. If a new mod messes you up, you can still restore to what you have now.

bowser,this site offers mods for PCs,so...we're sorry,but you won't be able to really mod your IV on ps3.
