TXD Hack and ELM

Hi am new to elm and got everything working but the sounds from the elm don't work in the SAMP and I don't know how to fix them so can someone tell me what they did to get it working and 2nd I got txd hack working but it only works for single player and every time I try to install it for multiplayer it just gives me lots and lots of opcodes so can someone help me with both of these problems

P.S. The Grand Theft Auto San AndI got is a No-CD Crack of gta (only cause cleo works with it) so can some please help me am really wanting to get everything working

The custom ELM sires dont work in samp just get Alicis SAAT GUI and replace files called sound_11 and sound_12 with the ones you got [possibly from here]
