Add sirens to cars that usually don't have sirens?

Hi, I was thinking about adding a BCFD firetruck to my gta:sa, when I discovered another firetruck, in the carspawner it is named "firela", so I tested it, but there was no sirens.
Is there a way to add sirens to cars that usually don't have sirens?

Uh, how? I only get lights when I press the F12 button in the firela.

Sirens ingame are hardcoded I believe, but in ELM, on the bottom, there is a section for siren sounds. Make sure you activate it then press the bracket keys (([, ]))

There's also a CLEO script that Mordecki made some time ago; try looking through gtagarage.com for it, it's there somewhere
