Whats better? Be volunteer firefighter and be a paid EMT. Or be a fulltime firefighter?

no, volunteers dont get paid, they do it for free and go to the station pov.

Hey i dont know how you are. I dont know if your a scared little kid or a strong ass dude ready to kick ass. I would prefer Firefighter though. Fully paid!

Dats what i want to do PremiumMods. But my friend said the town over that has full time...takes like 3 years to get in because you gotta have certificates as EMT, haz-mat and loads of other ****. Im gonna give it a shot but, during the next couple years ill be volunteer EMT

Personally I would say fully paid, because you don't have to balance work/volunteer firefighting/Family/etc. but that's just me.



But if you have lots of free time, volunteering would be fine. Some departments put you through their own Academy anyways, if your going to go Paid FT.

some Volly Fire dept are paid they are just Pay By Call just my in put lol
