I'm not asking you for the mod as I already have it. I'm asking for the TXD HACK, and I've thoroughly reviewed the download section thank you. Do you honestly think I would be posting if it was there. Also, I ain't a kid.

That isn't TXD Hack, thats a mod that makes colored lights without TXD Lights. Here is the link.

Only thing different is it has an LAPD Skin on it.

Yea, it spawns a lightbar randomly though.
