Updating a mod that's already uploaded.

Ok, so I've been trying to update my New Cops for GTA4 mod for a while now. And I keep getting the same thing over an over again. I was wonder why.



What happens is that, after I go to hit Update Submission, I get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.



Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



Why, this is anoying me. Do I have to wait or something?

The same thing is happening, still, when uploading a mod (http://www.gtapolicemods.com/index.php?/topic/4965-403-error-after-adding-submission/). Anyone got any news on this issue?

This errors pops up when you add a link in the MIRROR LINK field. Simply leave it blank and include your Mirror link in the desciption of the file!

Psh, so it seems in my ignorance and laziness to provide mirror links, i have avoided the entire conundrum! This is only time being lazy came in handy!
