CJ assulat rifle aiming fix?

Does anyone know where i can find the download to the mod that changes the way cj holds the assult rifles?i know its out there, but i looked eveywhere and can find it.I want him to hold it up to his shoulder when aiming and Not his waist like a simpleton.Or does someone know what file that would replace in the game?my bother has the fix in but im not sure which file of his i should take.

the running animation is amazing but it did not fix my issue.he sill holds assualt rifles from his waist
