i did all of that i put all those things in the folder and it dosent work even those net.4 and c++

ill just tell you everthing i have done i took the .NET 4, C++ 2010 FOR X86 SYSTEMS



ELS.INI, AND ELS.ASI. i put them in grand theft auto folder i go in the game and nothing is there even with els cars also sometimes i get an error bout the DSOUND.DLL but i dont have elfc so do i need the script hooks and the DSOUND.DLL please help.
