Slicktop Vic

i would like to know if someone could make me a slicktop vic that has all blue lights that has two small lights at the top of the windshield that is in the middle of the windsheild that is rite infront of the rear view mirror and has a straight light bar at the top of the back window and all the lights are blue please and thank you

lol, I meant request are not allowed and depending on weather you want ELS or not there are heaps of slicktops in the downloads section
