where can i find a french firetruck ?

i would like to know if someone know where could i find a french firetruck for GTA 4 ? There is a "VSAV" (renault master) but it's for GTA:SA (youtube), so ...

If you're looking to find it then look at the top right-hand corner of GPM for a little box and a blue button that says "SEARCH" next to it.
