[Suggestion] NYPD Vision Bar

so i was browsing this awesome site that has like hundreds of police car pictures from hundreds of agiencies across the states (not police car website (www.policecarwebsite.net)) and came across this picture of a NYPD Fusion with a Vision that has intergrated text. So i thought maybe some guy with an unlocked FCV Model and Zmod would like to see this and maybe if he is a perfectionest like me, he will put this on a vic. First off is it even possible? remember this ain't a REQ just Suggestion

It's as much of a part as the arrowstick is/was, I think.
EDIT: Oh, wow, I thought the 12/19 was this year (and the future...I really didn't think that through)
