Ok Let me tell you a little secret about that. Mordecki's EVL Fails. Use SASandy ELM 9.1. You can have 3 custom light patters and three custom siren. ELM 9.1 Does Require Cleo 4. ELM 9.1 (http://gtapolicemods.com/index.php?/files/file/457-emergency-light-mod-elm-91/)

Mordecki's EVL allows 9 custom sirens, I don't mind losing pattern building capabilities when I can have 3 sirens for each type of Emergency vehicle (Police, EMS, Fire)



Back on Topic, I'd like to find this Mod too, used to have it till my Comp Crashed & i lost everything, any help would be appreciated.
