ELS.asi and ELS.ini needs to be place in your GTA4 Directory: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto 4



And make sure you have a ASI Loader in there as well.



Also, follow the read me with the hotkeys for the mod and make sure you have an ELS enabled car.

Okay, first off make sure you have patched to vesion 1.0.7.0



Second, make sure you have .Net framework 4.0 (full client version) and C++ 2010.



Third, take out all of your ASI mods and run THIS (http://gtapolicemods.com/index.php?/topic/1343-tool-gpm-mod-pack-installer/). That will install ELS for you.



Next test out the game. (remember to ALWAYS run as admin)



If everthing works then you can put your other mods back in. Just use the ASI loader and scripthook that comes with that installer.

what file? its not a file...You Physically need a car MEANT to be used with ELS

ELS IS ONLY REALLY MEANT FOR POLICE CARS NOT MOTORBIKES

if ELS is not turned on FOR the bike...the menu will not work in other words..is policeb turned on in your els.ini

That's because ALT + M is already a hotkey for Simple Native Trainer.

Go to the directory where your GTA IV is installed and search for 'trainer.ini' open it up and search for the line 'KeyBindingsDisabled=0' and make it 'KeyBindingsDisabled=1'.

If you installed ELS correctly it should work now.
