SAMP with steam?

i looked at SAMP mod, and it says it doesnt work with steam.... but the other night on GTA4MP someone told me theres (theres an app for that http://gtapolicemods.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pfft2.png) an update that allows it to work with steam... is it true? Because i havnt been able to locate it..

Well, I have it working just fine, just go to your library. Click add a game, then add a non steam game, then find the game, I recommend you useing the browse button to find the SAMP application. Then after adding it to your library, select it and click play. Then the browser should come up, join a server. If you did it right, steam should start up in-game.



Also, make sure you are running steam as admin, will help it work in-game.

thanks for the help man... i still cant figure it out though...

i cant get SAMP to install right, because it doesnt recognize GTASA is in the GTASA folder... and it wont let me install... so i only have the installer, and no samp.exe
