i would like to ask someone to teach me how to create this mod for GTA IV. this is police car for my country.
It's a Skoda Octavia 2010 like the picture. the lights are only blue and only the emergency lights works there's no other lights in the car that "blinks"
and the sound is the same of any police car.
I hope someone can help me out because it would be great to have this mod in my GTA IV
