Insane pursuit in UK

Saw this a little while ago on TV, and found it on youtube, unfortunately could only find it with Dutch subtitles / narrating. Was from a show called Sky Cops, and shows a guy high on heroin on the run from police. Shows the excellent pursuit training given to UK cops!
