GTA SA Crashing After leaving Safehouse

this just started happening recently.

thought a mod did this so i unistall them all, and reinstalled gta sa.

and still it freezes when i leave the safe house, i can run around in circle in the safe house but when i go outside it freezes.

and this happens with any save game.

any ideas? it works fine with run as admin but mods will disappear with it on.



*edit* it even crashes when i make a new game. lol

How do i check what version i have? xD

didnt downgrade, did a reinstall. think this is happening from a mod that didnt uninstall properly. used gta sa mod installer and unistalled that way.
